Anderon Vibration Generator

The Anderon Vibration Generator ADC-105 & VVU-105 is a set of devices to calibrate the Analyzer and the Sensor at the same time. By contacting the Sensor head on the vibrating surface of the VVU-105, you can calibrate the Sensor and the Analyzer that processes the Sensor signals and displays the measured value.
It also has a function for reproducing bearing measurement data saved in USB memory by the Analyzers ADA-105/SWA-105 as actual vibration.

Set the measurement conditions and values of Anderon/Waviness on the ADC-105 panel, and turn the output button ON, then the vibrating surface of the VVU-105 vibrates accordingly. Contact the Sensor head on the vibration surface to confirm the Anderon/Waviness values are correctly measured and displayed on the Analyzer. The Analyzer and Sensor are judged to be operating normally if the values set by the ADC-105 are displayed correctly on the Analyzer.

In addition to calibration functions, the ADC-105 includes PLAYER mode that can reproduce vibration measurement data saved in the USB memory by the Analyzers ADA-105/SWA-105 as actual vibration.
Saving, transferring, and reproducing vibration as-is can greatly expand the range of bearing quality control and measurement device management.
※PLAYER mode is available only when the USB memory is connected to the ADC-105.
