ADC-101
The Anderon Calibrator ADC-101 is a device for calibrating the Analyzers of the bearing inspection systems. It calibrates the Analyzers by outputting to them the signals corresponding to Anderon/Waviness vibrations. The ADC-101 is equipped with all the functions of our previous Calibrators, enabling calibration of any Analyzers of Sugawara bearing inspection systems.
It also has a function for outputting bearing measurement data saved in USB memory by the Analyzers ADA-105/SWA-105, to other Analyzers as voltage signals.
The ADC-101 sets Anderon/Waviness measurement conditions and measurement values and outputs voltage signals for calibrating the Analyzer. The Analyzer is judged to be operating normally if the values set by the ADC-101 are displayed correctly.
The ADC-101 has two modes. Select the mode according to the Calibrator and the Analyzer you are using.
In addition to calibration functions, the ADC-101 has the PLAYER mode to reproduce the measured vibration data saved in the USB memory by the Analyzers ADA-105/SWA-105. The measured vibration data can be easily sent and reproduced without sending sample bearings.
※PLAYER mode is available only when the USB memory is connected to the ADC-101.
