It detects the torque of the outer ring of the bearing when axial force is applied to the inner ring, which is rotated at ultra-high speed.
It can measure the bearing at wide speed range from 0.5 to 100, 000 r/min. Since the temperature can be adjusted within a range of -40 to 100°C, rotational torque can be measured under various conditions.
The measured values are displayed in real-time on the screen and can also be output as analog voltage signals.
This equipment inspects the quality of completed bearings. Rotating the inner ring at constant speed, the equipment measures the reactive torque of the stationary outer ring in the rotating direction using a Torque Sensing Pusher (pusher-type torque sensor). The detected torque is displayed digitally in real-time, allowing prompt rejection of bearings with defective torque values.
